Pre-Pope Fact - The Ides of March

Today is the Ides of March. On this date in 44 BC, Julius Ceasar was stabbed an unneccessarily large number of times by members of the Roman Senate who feared his growing power. In the 1970s Jimmy Carter got attacked by a rabbit who feared his growing power. Alot has changed in representative government since Roman times.

The rabbit's failure is perhaps second only to Stauffenberg's misplaced briefcase in history's annals of missed opportunities to free the world of a mad tyrant. If only we had sent an otter...

I understand from sources inside the pentagon that we are massing otters off the Lebanese coast, just in case Assad tries anything.

Hey BertramWooster. I was searching on the search engines for rabbit related websites and was using the keyword rabbit cage and found your great page with the title Pre-Pope Fact - The Ides of March. I am looking for ideas on how to improve my own site using different keywords and was amazed how easy it was to find your site using the keyword rabbit cage. Perhaps we could do a link exchange at some point. Thanks for your time.
