Neither Rain, Nor Snow, Nor Nuclear Fallout

Is there a better post apocalyptic mail delivery movie than The Postman?

What about a movie about postal workers that can be construed as a sign of the apocalypse....does that count? Do I even have to mention the cinematic atrocity that is, ironically enough, "Dear God" starring Greg Kinnear? I guess I just did, didn't I?

I wish Hollywood producers would get with the program and provide the movie-going public with more vehicles for the singular talent that is Greg Kinnear.

You know what I'd like to see: Greg Kinnear paired with Snoop Dogg as a pair of star-crossed lovers, one working for Fed Ex, the other working for UPS in a post apocalyptic Gnome, Alaska. With Vin Diesel as an evil DHL employee doing his best to keep them apart and Leonard Nimoy as an old, wise former Post Master General with turrets syndrome, who was sent into excile in Gnome after the great postal collapse of 2012.

Matt Dillon is going to star in a film adaptation of Charles Bukowski's "Factotum" in which he will play a postal worker. Just thought you'd like to know so you can fit it into your postal worker film schedule.
